If you are going to make and eat Mousse there is only ONE version you should make. All other versions pale in comparison and next to this taste like chocolate pudding. I remember years ago my parents threw a fancy dessert party and everyone came dressed to the nines. My Mom served this in little demitasse cups.... everyone ended up LICKING from the cups in their fine attire. Be sure to use a very good chocolate.
