If you are having a weak moment, you must use that to your advantage... Your fed up feeling and knowing your not motivated or your just stuck!! Start talking to yourself! Positive words... Your gonna set a weekly plan, for your exercise, eating, work, kids, relaxing. Go read positive, healthy living books, magazines, websites, blogs, brainwash you into a healthier way of thinking. Set small goals everyday. Get up early, plan well in advance of what your gonna do for each day, try stick to it as best/much as you can. Set realistic exercise and healthy eating plans... Shop sensibly and when your not hungry, buy healthy food you like... Not food you dont like because you think you should eat cause its good for you. Keep up your exercise routine, changes happen to your shape over a month or two not a day or two, dont beat yourself up! Enjoy the process and realise this is a way of life not a short quick fix!! Now go get your plan into action for your knew healthy lifestyle!
