If you are having chicken, steak, pork, etc. as your protein for a meal, dont eat it alone. Spread it out! Stir fries are a great way to stretch out a small quantity of meat, plus it gives you a ton of fiber and vitamins. The same thing goes with wraps, fajitas and soups. A little bit of expensive protein goes a lot further when you use it in dishes like these, as opposed to just grilling it and putting it on the plate!
