If you are in the Nashville area and have time, please stop in Thistle Stop Cafe. They are a wonderful cafe that serves an even more wonderful purpose. From the free trade coffee that they purchase for use, to the staff that the choose, this is the place to be. Thistle Shop Cafe goes the extra mile in their pursuit of choosing the perfect people to represent their establishment. Some of the very girls that work here are past victims of a horrific life on the streets. Thistle stop exists to serve these girls and let them know that they are indeed valuable. Thistle Shop gives these girls the chance that they deserve to work in an environment where rather than being treated like trash, they can actually be treated like a decent human being, all while developing the skill of being the next top barista. I say that everybody needs to visit this place at least once. You will not be disappointed.
