If you are looking for a cheap guesthouse in Seoul, KDM Seoul recommend "BoA Guesthouse" in Hongdae. It´s very close from Hongdae station (exit4). It´s located between Hongdae and Sinchon. Lots of restaurants, grocery stores etc near the guesthouse. The staff is friendly. The rooms are cheap but in good condition. From dormitory to private single/double room available. The private rooms have a bathroom, PC, free wifi. They provide free breakfast too. They have few computers and you can use free international phone.
