The cosy unit is furnished but not the bedroom. It fits a queen sized bed easily and has a built-in wardrobe. Im looking for someone who cleans after herself, pays rent/bills on time, respects space and is cool with occasional housemate meals (South East Asian food, anyone?). My current housemate (who has now become a great friend!) is moving out on 10 Jan 2015 so any time after is great. Rent is $150/wk including fast internet but excluding bills.
