If you are not doing or volunteering at the Richmond Tri then meet at 7:30 AM at the Cope Center parking lot. The long run is CHS-Leadline (except we start-endat the Cope Center) for 10.3 miles. The medium run is Cope shorter for 6.75 miles. Another medium possibility (~6 miles) is to continue straight on Study Road and rejoin the medium run. The short run is an out-and-back Cope 4.2 mile run. We need someone to supply water at Ruby Road, volunteer anyone? Check in with Dick Smith.
