If you are one of the HBF members who hasn’t yet received your tax statements from HBF, we’d like to say sorry. We understand that for many people it’s important that you receive your tax statement promptly and our goal is to get these to you as soon as possible after the financial year has ended. Unfortunately this year we’ve experienced a system issue that has meant some members’ statements have been delayed. The good news is that every member will have their statement later TODAY (Tuesday 15th July) at the very latest. That’s significantly later than we had planned, however, and for that we apologise. If there’s one thing we hate, it’s disappointing our members. You can be sure we’ll be working hard to issue statements quicker in the future. In the meantime thank you for your patience and again, our sincere apologies to any member who has been inconvenienced.
