If you are out and about this evening, stop by Cassidy Galleries at 650 East Sample Road, just a block west of Dixie Hwy on the south side of the street. Were auctioning off all the paintings that simply wont fit in our new home. Well be starting around 6PM. Over 70 of my favorites, each with a wonderful background story and unique memory, will be on the auction block. As for the move itself, this downsizing business is highly overrated. It is NOT liberating, it is not cathartic, it isnt making me feel free, it is simply a pain in the ass emotional hemorrhage that Im having trouble wrapping my brain around.
