If you are sore and recovering from a previous strength training session, its a good idea to do a little bit of movement. Doing it helps the recovery and makes the muscles hurt less. However, you decrease the intensity of the movement by about 80%. So one way to decrease intensity of movement is to decrease the range of motion of the movement, which basically means doing a little movement rather then a big movement. For example little shoulder dips... Thats not my music lol... It was interesting though lol...
