If you are still questioning that some foods in your diet really are harmful or are confused by all the misinformation about heart disease or high cholesterol out there you should read this! If you are still using vegetable oils, eating refined carbohydrates, processed foods(yes even dairy fits into this category) and lots of sugar, learn why it is time to do some research and make some changes. We especially cannot afford to let our children eat this way. They are growing up with so many more things for their bodies to process that it will affect their health much sooner.
