Hope you get as motivated as I am: Hi Maria - great to hear from you! - since April 2013 Im down just over 100lbs! - I believe day 1 in you office i was 288 - and before that was 292 - this morning Im 190 on the scale - from a size 44 waist in slacks to a size 36 and a size 34 in Jeans - has been a fantastic ride - thank you for getting it kick started.
