If you arent deadlifting at least once a week you SHOULD BE! Dead lifts are amazing for your legs & back (mainly) ---- this is a straight leg dead lift .... Key concepts - keep the back straight, weights close to legs and a slight bend in the knee while keeping your weight in your heels #boom ---- I did these in a circuit that went like this :::: 12 deadlifts, 20 switch squat jumps (jump and turn 180 degrees each time), 10 Bulgarian split squats on each side #doubleBOOM I tried to video the whole thing but my mother effin storage is always full #stupidIPhone
