If you believe in creationism then stop reading. If you believe in evolutionism please read on. As I look around I see a a frightening process of devolution and I wonder is if Mr. Darwin would agree with my hypothesis. The evolution theory states that we evolved from an Ape type species into a Human species. We once traveled on in a humped over, forward posture while using our hands to lean on the ground. We became more upright and to the point of being bipedal. But what I see today is humans going back to that humped over, forward position as they travel. How and why? The cell phone. I watch tons of people walking looking down, chin driving forward, upper back humped over, shoulders pulled forward out of place. They even stand that way. Headphones in, looking down as if nothing else in the world existed, oblivious to everything around them. Not even those that exercise on a daily basis are able to escape this devolution. Dont believe me? Just go to the mall, the airport, the park, or anywhere where people congregate. Just look at how people are standing and walking. Look at their upper back, shoulder area, and neck. Watch how they lean forward staring at their phone. Slowly, yet right in front of our eyes devolution is happening. What am I trying to say?When youre walking GET OFF YOUR PHONE! If youre going to be on your phone while standing or sitting somewhere STAND/SIT UP STRAIGHT. It took our ancestors millions of years for us to become the APEX Predator. For goodness sake dont ruin it just so you can read whats on Twitter.
