If you believe the media is presenting an objective view of what is happening locally, regionally, nationally, or internationally, consider that in the USA, the main stream media are mostly owned by 6 mega-corporations. Moreover, other than *very* local stories, the editorial bias will be toward not what *should* you be made aware of, instead it will be seriously spun and shaped toward what do the elite editors and thought controllers want you to be aware of, what context it should be placed in, and how it impacts those at the top of society. minds/blog/view/193575/greenwald-ows-media-coverage-biased-by-elite-media
