If you can rewind the tape within and still find hurt and pain that lingers, you need to face it! I mean this with all of my being. Ignoring it, will only make it resurface. Pretending it did not exist, will not heal it. Going back in to face it, embrace it, understand its purpose, forgive it, mend it, fix it, rip it up and de-root it... Whatever you have to do to make it no longer hurt to think of it... DO IT! But know that it must BE DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Suppression leads to Depression and Oppression. It is time to do some Confessing, as we stop Regressing so that we can spiritually and maturely grow! Hurt and pain not dealt with is just like a wound that never heals... It festers and eventually causes infection and soon amputation.... Do not lose your soul, your love, your life leaving your inner self unattended to. So often I see folks jump out of one broken relationship into the next... Or leave a broken dysfunctional family with messed up mentalities as they are drawn to other souls just as broken as their-selves... This only repeats the cycle of destruction. HEAL THINGS THAT HURT AS YOU GO THROUGH EACH THING IN LIFE THAT CAUSES THE PAIN. Take the time needed to focus on loving you and making you better. Let no one ever distract you from loving you first and foremost. One can only see and make clear decisions when the pain of life has been lifted. Many times pain will create a mirage or false way to escape it... You will lose yourself and waste many years inside these false escapes. Use your time wisely and grow rightly dividing and healing all things as you balance all things between both spirituality and reality .... Leave nothing undivided rightly... Leave nothing un-turned within you... Know what makes you, YOU! Know and understand you! How else will anyone know you, if you do not even know you? How can one fall in love with you if you do not even love you? We can only love others as much as we love ourselves... But remember once you fall in total love of yourself.... To not be vain , you then must let go of you to that power that created you, to transform you from the inside... Going through the fire is only one side of the paradox... We all are born once through physical water from our mothers in physical birth.... But for the inner soul to be reconnected divinely with the one that created all things, you must be enlightened and all of this birthing process happens on the inside of you.... It will be the moment you feel you have came through the fire and experience peace... This process happens many , many , many , many times prior to the spiritual birth... You will see and feel the waters quench when you have been birthed.... You will also see life inside a divine perception in which you have never seen before... You will also see UNIFICATION OF ALL THINGS when you get here... You will know then you have complete the process and LIFE WILL BEGIN TO BE BEAUTIFUL, NO MATTER HOW HOT THE FIRE GETS... BECAUSE YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW THE WATERS ARE RIGHT ABOVE THEM TO QUENCH YOU! For many this may seem far fetched, or even hard to comprehend... If someone would of told me this years ago... I too probably would be like WHAT??? lol But the main thing is Keep seeking inside you, until you get there. The walk is shorter when you silence yourself and make the inner decision to heal, and let go of you to die and be reborn... Once you make that decision... You then will find the essence of LIFE!
