Anything which is not perceived as positive by the collective, should remain quiet?? Please. Any disturbance of the comfort zone of group acceptance will be attacked as negativity. To be a non-conformist is to be perceived as negative by definition, until the conformity to group beliefs is questioned and reevaluated. I was attacked for years for the stupidity of focusing on recovery, technique, joint health and movement capacity; yet now, through nearly two decades of being branded as a radical, the approach has been acknowledged as the worlds smartest workout. Never given in to conformity, even when it wears robes, beads and the pretense of a peaceful veneer. True inner peace comes from speaking your truth even when its unpopular. Dont be silent for fear of being branded as negative. Own your truth.
