If you cannot commit for the rest of the dogs life and care for him or her until they die an old ripe age. Don’t get a dog or cat or any animal. This is unfair and cruel. When you get an animal, that animal becomes you FAMILY in their eyes. You are ALL they have in this whole world ! You are all they know !!!! Walk them, they LOVE to be walked, to smell the flowers, grass, trees, give them lots of love and attention they will bring your blood pressure and heart rate down and cure anxiety. They do nothing but return love in return. They love you Unconditionally no matter how bad of a day you have had. So if you have a dog…. don’t keep it on a chain all day !!! would YOU like to be on a chain ???? Put one on your neck for just one whole hour and see how you like it ! Make sure they are covered, protected from the heat and cold and have access to nature and to family, water and food every day. And get regular check ups for your dog !!! If you can’t do these things and be responsible and commit, then don’t get a dog or any animal !!!!!
