If you come from a politically rich background and you are in line to take charge of politics because it is a family issue while youre living abroad, you are most likely to carry a gun for your own bloody safety. Now I am yet to research on state-by-state firearm possession laws in the USA but in places where you are not authorized to carry a gun, for example, your well-wishers may hand you a gun for your own safety.
