If you consider yourself conservative and all my political posts annoy you, I hope they annoy you enough to do something you have not done before: get informed and go to the polls. Not only do the solid conservative candidates need your vote, but if you are a Christian, you have a God-given duty to show faithful stewardship of Gods gifts to you of self-government and the right to vote. Getting informed is not difficult--it just takes a few clicks and a few minutes to read about the candidates at ivoterguide. The future of our children and our grandchildren relies on our participation. This does not minimize the importance of prayer and sharing the gospel, but the freedom we enjoy to do that is maintained and protected by the policies of our politicians. Electing good and godly men and women puts efficient cogs in that machinery of our unique constitutional republic. PS No one is looking forward to the culmination of this primary election cycle more than I. I am just as sick as you if not more so of all the negative, character assassinating ads that are flooding our airwaves,phone lines, and mailboxes.
