If you could hand make the exact player you would draft first overall for your team what would he be like? I would love a two way playmaker for the Canucks, along the lines of Getzlaf or Kopitar. The Canucks could also use a solid two way dman, along the lines of a Weber or pietrangelo (spelling?) The Canucks have a few promising goal scoring wingers coming up in Jake Virtanen and Hunter Shinkaruk. A playmaking center would be fantastic fit with those two. The Canucks badly need a top two dman on the roster, we have dan hamhuis but he is more of a stay at home defender. The top prospect for the Canucks who plays defence is Frank Corrado, who seems to have some upside but I dont believe he is going to be a top two guy. The nucks do have Bo Horvat, Jared McCann and Brendan gaunce. Horvat looks like he has some huge upside, he has some nice hands, and knows what he wants to do out there, he is already great defensively. McCann looks like he will be another Ryan Kesler type player for the Canucks. Brendan Gaunce looks like he may turn into a solid third line player with some upside. He has the size and shot, just needs to be quicker. Whose your ideal player? #Kassassin
