If you didnt do that to his owner he wouldnt have jumped out and it would not have come over it wouldnt have jumped on you and now you officer should be shot for cruelty to animals and put in jail for you crime. Oh but your gonna try to claim defense and that will be bullshit and you know that. All the dog did was jump and you could have just restrained the animal instead of shooting and innocent kind Rottweiler who was very well trained by the looks of it.
