If you do not already know Our Story(susancohnandassociates) then this post will be quite abstract, but if you do know it my (Amy Svenssons) joy will be understood. My friend Amy is home from the hospital after almost 3 long months in and out of the ICU. Although nonverbal, she mustered up the strength at the end of her tiresome day this evening to call me and chat. I was so excited to let her and her parents know that OUR logo and story will be touching many more at the American Speech–Language–Hearing Association National Convention in Orlando this Nov. 20th. She is so excited to know that despite her tragic accident, she continues to touch lives indirectly and is part of the positive difference I strive for the practice to make every single day all in her honor.
