If you dont already feel old...the very first commercially available car navigation system was from 1981! It was called the Honda Electro Gyro-Cator, and if you notice, Im being very judicious in not calling it a GPS navigation system. Thats because it didnt rely on satellites, GPS or otherwise, to tell you where you were going at all.
