If you dont have a fitness and diet plan for 2015, this weekend is a good time to sit and make one! Let us make a suggestion...MCF will start a training program for the Corvallis Half Marathon! This program will be complete with mileage programming, strength work, CrossFit conditioning, yoga, nutrition and more. We will begin on January 19th...our first run is 3 miles long. Free for unlimited members, a little extra for 3xweek members. The whole 3 month program will be $350 for non members. Dont forget...military, first responders, and teachers get 10% at MCF...always! corvallishalfmarathon/
