If you experiences with God cannot translate in to practical lifestyle and thought patterns, then you are still immature. A baby is a complete human being who has not yet mastered the practice of mature humans. An immature Christian is a Christian still; only that their experience does not yet translate into a walk or lifestyle. There are more possessors of the faith in Christ than practitioners of the faith. Very often, there is a cold war between mental assenters and practitioners of the faith within the church! Beware of arrested development syndrome! Nurture, not nature, determines whether you will ever reach maturity or whether you are doomed to a lifelong journey of immaturity. Who is your shepherd?
