If you fall into sin, that is when to pray dont wait in condemnation till after 1hr, 1day, 1week. Pray until condemnation goes, he is hearing you, then forget the sin and forge ahead. No need of thinking why me, why me, worrying and crying. Your strength is too small and he knows. You cant brag about it. You have to trust totally in him to keep you. How many times did you say, i will never do this thing and just after saying that, the temptation comes and you fell flat. How many times after hot condemnation message you resolved not to get back into it, then after the program, Satan was just waiting for you to reach home, and suddenly you are into the same quagmire. Instead say, by the grace in Christ i stand and upheld by him, he never let me down. Grace (Jesus) has not left you yet, and will not. He is always there for you to help you. Dont run away from him thinking, he has left me. Staying with the word and constant prayers will also fuel you with more grace to stand. By grace i stand!
