You should tell the police your identity and even where you live, but you should say nothing else besides this basic information. You have a constitutional right to remain silent. Use it! 2. If the police ask you questions, state the following: I am exercising my right to remain silent under the United States and Georgia Constitutions. I want to speak to a lawyer, and I would like to speak to my attorney (Nathanael E. Wright). 3. Your first phone call should be to someone who can bail you out of jail. You need to call a relative or friend who can assist you in obtaining money to bond you out. 4. Call Attorney Nathanael E. Wright immediately after bonding out to begin defending your case.
