If you get an e-mail from Tommy Archer tommyarcher77@gmail looking to purchase something from you and tells you that he needs your number and cannot talk because he is deaf, cut off communications. This is a scam. The number he will give you is a NY number (646.801.4771). This is a service number for deaf people. He will request that you bill him to a specific credit card. He will then ask that you add on a billing charge for travel, a tip and a 3% credit card surcharge. I looked it up and he did the same to someone in January of this year. So I just want to get this info out there so no one else falls victim to this.
