If you get one thing from this band tonight, I hope its this. You are the most valuable thing on the face of this planet. You arent taught that, and that is a huge mistake, because this is why. We are the generation of people who will take this world that our parents put into the gutter, and were going to take it out, and were going to dust it off, and were going to make it better, but its up to us to recognize our responsibilities as human beings. Your purpose isnt to bow. Your purpose isnt to salute. Your purpose is to be there for the person standing next to you. Your purpose is to create a community, and to learn from each other, and to cooperate with those who are like you, but even more so, those who are unlike you. That is the purpose of everyone. Each one of you have a journey, and youre going to get there. Youre going to get to your destination somehow, but the most important thing is the journey and the path that you choose. You can look up, but I promise you, all that is going to do for you is create more questions. All of your answers lie right here. You need to depend on yourself. You need to find a mirror, and look at yourself, because you cant find answers from anybody else.
