If you had known the heartbreak that was waiting at the end of it all, would you have still loved him anyways? Would you have traded the stolen glances and whispered words of love for the chance to have your pillow free of tear stains and your heart to be whole? Was the love worth the heartache, or do you wish you’d never met him to begin with? You may regret it. You may hate that you let yourself fall for him. But you shouldn’t. You should look back at the moments when you felt like you and him were the only people in the world; you should remember how he made you feel when he would call you beautiful even when you felt as though you weren’t. Remember the good times, and learn from the bad. Do not regret. Remember. You will grow from your heartache, and you will heal with time. The heartbreak is not the end. It is just the beginning.
