If you have 12 minutes to spare, watch this woman shape bread. She is a Yemeni Jew and is teaching a class and has been shaping bread for a very long time. And just how do I know she is a Yemeni Jew you ask? Well, Ive had an Israeli employee for the last 13 years and Hebrew is his first language. I asked him to come watch the video and tell me if the language being spoken was Hebrew or Arabic. Immediately, and with no hesitation, he said it was Hebrew and being spoken by a Yemeni because of the accent. Regardless of the nationality, this woman does some pretty wonderous things with bread dough.
