If you have UNCAPPED internet and have been capped by Telkom, why dont you join the outcry and go and LIKE their page and comment on their ads with your opinion and complaints, or give them a one-star review. Most of us have been using our internet in the same way for years without any comment or complaint from Telkom, until now, and Telkom have implemented this policy out of the blue with NO NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER to their users, and to date have made no effort to explain why they are doing what they are doing, or even HOW they are doing it. They have made no effort to assist users in any manner and cannot even explain how their punitive measures work. You will just find yourself without internet for a couple of hours at any random time without prior warning. Calling 10210 to try and find out what is going on will put you in front of a brick wall because apparently they havent informed the call-centre staff either. That is, IF you can even get through. LET THE VOICES OF THE PEOPLE BE HEARD. LETS COMPLAIN LOUDLY TO, and ABOUT TELKOM. WE WANT OUR INTERNET UNCAPPED - THAT IS WHAT WE PAY FOR. TELKOM, UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEMS - DONT DOWNGRADE YOUR USERS.
