If you have a high-end Samsung smartphone and need to run a full Diagnostic then you have to access the Secret menu : go to Dial screen and dial *#0*# (as soon as you press the last # it will get you into the diagnostic menu as shown on the screenshot). From there you can test every single function of your device ...for example on my Note 4 : fingers print scanner, ultra violet sensor, barometer, hovering test,lights,cameras, sensor hub and many more.
