If you have a man that has a job, career, and/or a vision for himself and his future, its highly important that you stand behind him and support him in whatever it is that he does, especially if you want to marry him. I know that most women feel that when theyre in a relationship their significant other should take them out and buy them things and take vacations, etc. and we do deserve all that and more. However, theres LEVELS and patience is required. If he has the money to spend but hed rather save it instead of flexing and spending it on you and you have an issue with that, let me be the first to let you know that youre extremely BASIC. Our black men have enough things in this world trying to bring them down, the LAST thing they need is a woman who drains the passion and energy out of them over petty shit. Truth be told, you shouldnt be expecting a man to take you out and show you the world anyway because you SHOULD be on your own grind and have your own shit anyway. Be patient, be supportive, and be strong for your man cause thats what youre supposed to do. Period.
