If you have a official label and you are the CEO and you talk to one of your artist about certain things they should be doing or how they should move just by your experience alone and they always want to compare you to them then you have to let them do them. Never waste your time on hardheaded artist. My time is very valuable if you cant appreciate a nigga of my caliber in the studio with a artist that listens to everybody that doesnt matter then you need yo get them to support you. Thats how you handle then artist Jake. Hope those jewelz help. Thats why my squad is small now and i have workhorses who will make a impact but it took a long time to get that.
