If you have a spirit let it show. Just allow yourself to be the most radiant form of yourself that you could possibly be. Look at trees, mountains, the ground, strangers, open spaces and understand that theyre all connected. You can fly. You can pick up a metaphorical paint brush and create a world unlike the one youve been told to live in. The next time youre sitting alone by yourself and looking into space (we all do this) think about all of the paintings youve created in your mind that are priceless. Admire those paintings. Love yourself, walk with yourself, talk to yourself and everything that youve ever thought isnt within reach will show up at your doorstep unexpectedly. You dont have to tell anyone about your discoveries and victories along the way. Remember how everyone was happier in the 90s? It was because being yourself was the driving force towards all types of success. Pretend theres a ball of fire in your hands. That ball is filled with your worth and imagination. Create things that matter. Spread your fire. Strip yourself of pet-peeves, statuses and negative history youve held on to. Get a REAL paint brush and paint of your choice. Take off your clothes and paint on yourself. Everywhere. Let the paint dry. Turn on music and dance. Then take a shower. When you see all of that paint wash away remind yourself that that is how easy it is to show the world who you are. Every single part of your mind and existence went into that project with yourself. When you are standing there after all the paint has been washed away you will appreciate everything even more. Even the lint on your jacket will make you smile.
