If you have a stuffed animal, then you have EVERYTHING you need to practice this mindfulness activity with your kiddo(s). Breathing Buddies It takes all of two minutes. Wonderful for our 2 and 3 and 4 year olds. Imagine if we started/ended each day together this way with our children... in our homes. In our schools. Focus, calm, connection, self-management?
