I’ve been on a FT job search for over 6 months and my unemployment is ending! I’m on the job boards and send out resumes daily. I have 20 years of combined operations experience, including: dynamic inside sales, call center management and program support expertise, quality awareness, process improvement, employee training and development and professional customer service, in the financial services and chemical industries. I am also an experienced buyer, able to manage multiple suppliers and commodities and achieve predetermined savings. I am a six sigma certified greenbelt, recognized for my ability to successfully coach and influence others through motivational techniques and effective communication skills, using both traditional and non-traditional training methods. The bulk of my career was most recently spent at DuPont. After completing tenure with DuPont and being promoted to several positions including Sales, HR/Project Leader and Procurement, I was recruited for a position with the companys spin-off organization. For the first year, I worked as a Contract Administrator/Program Manager and the subject matter expert supporting Professional Services for Axalta, including the credit cards, travel, meeting and events and fleet, but my position was eliminated and I was laid off after a complete company reorganization. Your help or suggestions are appreciated.
