If you have an outdoor kid pay attention to this post especially if you feel comfortable with their level of outdoorsman ship. This could be a lesson for The Firebugs out there that may save someone else from this pain. please please talk to your kids about how dangerous fires are and after youve taught them teach them again and over and over and over again until you cant express yourself anymore. Accidents are always waiting around the corner to get you if you are not always thinking about what if or what could happen if I do this. This all came from a simple backyard fire in the fire pit that just went wrong. Here is a picture of his leg from the burn before we went to the burn unit today and a few after the burn unit got ahold of his leg and removed the dead skin. He is in good spirits and is doing well now bit this all could have been avoided like almost all freak accidents can.
