If you have minimum 16 years in Engineering discipline only and relative valid GAT-General after January 2013, you can apply. Other requirements (PEC & IELTS etc.) are not compulsory, if any will be met after shortlisting. Please, only engineering applicant can apply, other discipline scholarships will be announced soon on national newspaper and HEC web site, so other discipline may wait for new scholarships.
