If you have never tried this easy no-knead refrigerator sourdough from Gwens-Nest, Id encourage you to give it a try! This has become a staple here! My kids love it dipped in oil with seasoning. It is super easy! You do need to think ahead about 3 days (I set a reminder on my Google calendar), but the actual process is very easy. Just make sure your flour is all wet (when you use all whole wheat - we use Prairie Gold - you will need more water than she has listed) and pop it in the fridge!
