If you have physical limitations such as weak wrists or lack of flexibility; then something completely foreign like yoga might seem intimidating or you create barriers for yourself thinking you cant do something. The great thing about yoga is that it meets you exactly where you are in your body and helps you. It can be a vehicle of change and it doesnt happen over night. Strength and flexibility come with time and a side note, we dont need to have limitless flexibility in life.... A little is just enough. Modify! Bend your knew to the floor, favour breath centred movement and enjoy yoga physical yoga experience. It will meet you, nourish you and make you feel amazing on a subtle and strong level!
