If you havent seen this already, take a look. It shows a model having a photo shoot and how they use photo editing to make her look perfect. These tools set an unrealistic standard of beauty for women everywhere who end up comparing themselves to these. The end result is girls and women end up with an unhealthy body image and low self esteem. But as this shows, these beauty standards arent even reached by the models themselves. So the next time you look at yourself in the mirror and feel bad about how you look, remember this and remember - you are real!
