If you havent watched this heartbreaking video yet please take a moment to. Isla, who is five years old, and her brother Jude, who is just three, have Sanfilippo Syndrome, a fatal disease with no cure. This song is aiming to raise much needed funds to support a medical trial and treatment that could save Isla and Judes lives and other children just like them. I know there are a million good causes out there and if youre like me your heart probably breaks for all of them, but I know I couldnt watch this one without making a donation. Even $2 to buy the song on itunes makes a difference, so I wanted to share it to do my small part in raising awareness.
