If you hear a Republican whining about how poorly the ACA website works, first ask them why they care, since they hate ACA (and anything else associated with President Obama). Then, ask them if the ACA website has cost taxpayers $24 BILLION dollars. Healthcare.gov is a debacle, true. Like so any other IT projects they have tried to force through the Federal govts idea of project management. But uh, it absolutely pales in comparison to the debacle the GOP and their Tea Party wingnuts have just brought down upon the American taxpayer. Debacle. Something the Republicans have a great deal of expertise with.
