If you hit a popular brand with false evidence in a publicity bid, - TopicsExpress

If you hit a popular brand with false evidence in a publicity bid, you surely end up with a rotten egg on your face. I am a Vegan but I wouldnt surely attempt deliberately maligning Amul because I am a Vegan and so I hate people drinking milk (well I actually dont). A customer disgruntled for whatsoever reasons posted the bad experience she had with Amul Gold milk four days before had caught attention of greater part of social network, so much that some vegans and vegan pages have used those images and attributed the same to entire dairy industry thus wrecking panic in many which had finally hit the brand. The brand, now carried out an investigation, found the allegations to be false (she used expired and sour milk for making cheese, she changed the date of facebook post later etc..) and gave a detailed explanation in a sharp tone while keeping their respect and manners intact and Now news are reading Amul won the Facebook war with Angry Customer, Amul keeps its brand image intact etc etc.. well young lady you now made the brand even more popular didnt ya?
