If you knew you couldnt FAIL what would you do in 2015??? So since christmas is now over and new year is approaching fast its that time when we start to look at how this year went. What i want to do better next year, goals and more. I like to not call then New years goals but more life goals as i tend to set daily, weekly and monthly boas that lead me to an end goal. I have a huge list of fitness related goals that i want to achieve and i was just sitting down and thinking about which ones i want to achieve for 2015. After i finished and accomplish my dream of competing on stage in may 2015 in a body sculpting comp i think i would love to tick a few more things off my list this year. There are what i want to do in the next year or so. 1. Compete in another corporate Boxing comp (i have done fight night at the Langham before a few years ago, see pictures and loved it) 2. Compete in a triathlon 3. Run the auckland marathon 4. Go sky diving (i am terrified of heights) 5. Swim the Auckland Harbour Crossing Swim 6. Do Tough Mudder New Zealand 7. Take hip hop classes 8. Study to become a personal trainer What are your Fitness related goals that you want to achieve this year or just in general? xx
