If you know me, you know I am seldom speechless, but what I saw tonight came close to accomplishing just that. What I witnessed reminded me of two quotes: Truth is stranger than fiction and one of my Mothers quotes, Ignorance is loud and draws attention to itself. Ok, with that preface, Savannah and I went to dinner at a local restaurant and there was an elderly woman and a younger woman, a toddler, and a teen. The grandmother was a loud, foul mouthed, crass lady who cussed at the toddler and had wielded a 3 foot switch (yes, a switch) which was used on the child at the table in the restaurant. Long story short, the police were called and all who witnessed this almost applauded. God help that child. DID I JUST SEE THIS???
