If you know of anyone saying that they are thinking about moving into hunters chase apartments in Midlothian,Va out by Commonwealth 20 theaters tell them not to move bin ad they are the biggest crooks when you go to move out at the end of ones lease. I lacked 2 months and one week of living 4 years in my apartment and they are charging me 250.00 to paint and another 866.88 to replace my carpet as I had only a couple of small stains in the breakfast nook area and one small stain in the corner of my walk in closet. I will be calling aimco corporate office tomorrow to discuss them charging me so much in fees. I have lived in like 4 other apartment complexes over past 25 years and not once have I ever been charged fees upon move out like aimco in trying to get from me.
